Latah Creek has red wine covered – ranging from wonderfully fruity varieties that are utterly delicious by themselves, to big, bold, and tannic reserve reds that really shine when accompanying a meal. All are marvelous to drink right now, but don’t hesitate to cellar a few for 5-10 years for a real treat. Because Latah Creek has such wonderful relationships with their grape growers, Mike and Natalie are able to change up their wine list every now and then. They still make their award-winning Merlot, but have been able to put their food-friendly/easy drinkability winemaking techniques to various trend varieties, their favorites being Sangiovese and Malbec.
